Vocational and Skill Building Training
For the welfare of the rural people and the tribal community, we have been providing trainings on mason trade so that the rural people become trained on building Pradhanmantri Aawas Yojana homes in every village and block of the districts in the state of Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Assam Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat.
We have trained some 30000 persons residing in rural and tribal areas of different states and the bulk of the training has been provided to the people who are residing in state of Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Bihar. This year we have provided the training to some 5000 persons in the state of Madhya Pradesh and Bihar and Assam. The rural people after getting the training from qualified trainers are building number of homes for the rural people under Pradhanmantri Awas Yojana and also building homes for general public in the different districts of the different states.

Environment including Water
Under the Jal Jeevan mission project of the district Korea in Chhattisgarh , we have provided domestic water connection in the villages of manendragarh, nimali, Rojhansbhi, kelahari , pashari , bichhiya tola, bulaki tola , charwahi dotki and some other village Panchayts . Near about 3014 household has been provided water connections in the block of manendragarh of the district Korean in state of Chhattisgarh. In the project the local rural people has been tried to convince that getting water connection helps you to get the relief from various chemicals which are found in groundwater which are generally used for drinking and so the problems like fluoride which is widely exist in the district ground water can be meet out.

As we have seen during a project and during our experience of working in the field that groundwater is contaminated with fluoride contents and this groundwater is extracted through hand pumps in the villages which are generally used for drinking purposes. Getting the tap connection at the household level will help the government to tackle the problem of fluorosis and also the rural people get pure end healthy water.
Health Camp
In order to provide services to the rural poor and urban slum areas , we have been holding number of camps on health subjects like tuberculosis, eye testing, malaria and seasonal diseases and oral cancer. The basic motive of holding the camp is to provide free medical services and medicines to the rural poor who cannot not afford the expensive medical services and have limited resources to meet their daily needs. As we have seen and observe during our intervention that people living in slum areas have insufficient income sources and that too are not permanent and keeps on changing. They are either employed as a minor labor or working on temporary basis and if the suffer any health disorder they have to switch over from their work as somebody other replace them. This is what is happening in so many industries and factories operating in the urban and slum areas and also the construction site where the workers work from day to night and exploited and every possible ways.

We have seen that lot of poor people take alcohol and chew tobacco products and have become addict to various other substances. They are suffering from tuberculosis, from lung diseases and also from oral cancer. They take their health needs very lightly and by the time they reach hospital it becomes too late to save their life. Women who are pregnant neglect their health needs and they do not take nutritious food and medicinal facilities and are suffering from anemia. Pre and post maternal health care is needed for them.

Organization keeping all the perspective in the mind are holding health camps on tuberculosis, oral cancers, seasonal disease and maternal health and child health. Qualified doctor services are provided to them and team of paramedical staff is always ready to provide services to the poor community.
We have a team of dedicated 20 + doctors and about 50 + paramedical staff who are providing services under our health initiative. They have been supported by variety of volunteers of the community. Some 100 volunteers are working with us. We are getting donations and services of volunteers who are providing medical services in our camps. We have organized some five camps on Eye testing which have catered about 500 people in the district of Raipur and Kondegaon in Chhattisgarh. We have hold some 5 camps on oral cancer which is mainly caused by chew of tobacco and have provided services like testing, counseling and medical distribution and referral to nearest health center to some 500 people mostly in slum areas and ruler areas.

We have organized 5 camps on alcohol dead diction through our IEC activities like a street shows and also create awareness through our camps having lot of IEC material and try to reach the people to aware them about ill effect of alcohol addiction. In addition to it , we are holding 5 can camps on tuberculosis in the slum and rural areas so that people become aware of the symptoms of the tuberculosis and also link with the nearest hospital in order to get tested for tuberculosis and take necessary medical regime for treatment. What bother us is the big problem in the slum areas and rural areas are people are not aware of it symptoms and its causes. They take the medicines from the medical stores and private practitioners and avoid going to the hospital for proper and free treatment. In this way they are spreading the disease to the other people who are not symptomatic.
HIV/ AIDS
So far the organization has some 11 HIV positive detected in the project. Variety of services have been provided in the project like testing of HRG at the integrated testing and counseling center in the hospital, providing anti-retroviral drug therapy to HIV positive HRGS, providing condoms to 700 plus hrgs in the project, proving information about hiv aids to hrgs, holding regular meetings with hrgs with stakeholders like their leaders, public leaders, health officials like CMHO officials, TB Departments, providing BPL Cards, ration cards, bus passes, widow pensions, girl child benefits and other government benefits through government facilities to hrgs, holding events like dancing, singing birthday celebration, Diwali and other festivals for hrgs.

There are some challenge face by project team which are as given
- Late night msm reach in project.
- • Young girls who are at high risk seeing their early age are still tough to reach due to family pressure
- Some positives died as they have no one and poor support in family. This calls for care centers for some 11 HIV Positive in project who are still at life risk.
- Testing at the ICTC center at Hospital is tough as on an average it takes 45 – 60 minutes for one testing
On the EVE of aids day Organization staff together with committee members gathered and drew aids symbol with holi colors together with CMHO officials and staff and other social activists. The message was sent that we would fight against AIDS and save the precious life of the human beings including female sex workers, MSMs and TGs
A rally was organized flagged off by CMHO. Later prize distribution to social organization were held. The staff members and special workers received the certificate for valuable contribution in the field of social service and hid aids from the hand of CMHO. Other official who were present on this occasion were district TB head and DAPCU officials along with RCH staff.
At the end of the year a site validation exercise was done by TSU unit of state in which two officers stayed for three days done intensive field visits and gone through the documentation details of the project. After the visits important instruction were provided by the team.
Culture and Heritage
In order to conserve the rich tradition and culture of tribal community in the state of Chhattisgarh organisation is continuously striving to link the rural community to their rich tradition and culture. We are working with ministry of culture and tradition and has been organizing exhibition and cultural program on tribal culture and tradition. Lot of persons of the tribal community are invited to participate in the program and they are exhibiting their skills of dancing and promoting their handicraft material in various exhibition organized by the organization in the district of Raipur.

The rich handicraft product of tribal community of Raipur are exhibited in our exhibition and they are praised by the local people who attend the exhibition. People from all the section of the society right from administration to the local peoples attend the exhibition and appreciate the rich value of tradition and heritage of the tribal community. Nearly 2000 peoples have witnessed the program organized by the organisation. Registration of all the people have been done by the staff members who have attended the program on exhibition as well as dancing and singing.

Efforts made by the organisation are published in the local newspaper so that more such programs are designed for the benefits of the local tribals. And other volunteers as well as donators and promoters will come and help the local community in order to conserve and preserve the rich tradition and heritage of the tribal community in the district of Chhattisgarh. The rich culture and tradition of the community are slowly extinguishing from the state as there is no one to support the local traditional and culture and the new modern values have destroyed the local culture.
Youth of the tribal community do not have enough interest in preserving their culture and their handicraft products and their slowly joining the other sector in the urban areas in order to earn their living as other sectors are seen more lucrative. Recent industrialization and urbanisation have posed the major challenge in front of the local rich tradition and culture of the travel committee community. More such efforts need to be made by the other agencies to preserve the local tradition and culture. The CSR initiatives must come forward in our effort to reserve the rich tradition of tribal community.
